Saher worked with various leading media groups like Motivate and Media Quest in United Arab Emirates after completing a degree in English literature at Al Baath University in Syria. He’s attended and reported on global conferences and exhibitions like World Economic Forum, MWC in Barcelona and Messi Hannover (the world's leading trade fair for industrial Technology). 
Saher Soukar
Began her professional career in journalism in 2011 at Scottish national newspaper, the Daily Record, before moving to Dubai in 2015, to take up a role as online editor for a leading business magazine published by ITP Publishing Group in the Middle East. From here she moved to Gulf News where she worked as online editor, specialising in current affairs, business and lifestyle as well as all things social media.
Ashleigh Mc Ginley

Steven is a marketing communications professional with more than 25 years’ industry experience. He began his career with blue chip organisations Coca-Cola and the TI Group, part of IHS, before joining LONRHO PLC as marketing manager for its hospitality division.

Belgium-born Nathalie began her professional career in the hospitality industry in Brussels and London, before arriving in Dubai in 1996 to take up a senior PR role with Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts.

Nathalie Visele

Scottish-born, James began his professional career in 2002 with VisitScotland, the Scottish National Tourist Board. During his tenure he worked on both the consumer and corporate accounts where he was an integral part of the team for prestigious events such as the Ryder Cup, Commonwealth Games and Homecoming Scotland.

With over 12 years of experience in a range of digital marketing channels, Ken has worked across all areas of digital marketing including, social media, search marketing (SEM & SEO), programmatic advertising, email marketing, digital CRM, and web portal & app design, development & management. Starting his career with a part time job during university in the early years of Google & Facebook.

Kenneth De Pauw

Maria started her professional career in the UAE in public relations, working on a range of accounts within the hospitality and leisure sector including the annual Middle East tourism showcase Arabian Travel Market. She then moved into advertising where she oversaw a number of key campaigns for Dubai Health Authority, Federal Nations Council, Health Authority of Abu Dhabi and the Majid Al Futtaim Charity Foundation. Before returning to public relations, Maria took on the role of brand development for Arcadia by Amna.
